If you’ve dined with us recently, you’ve already experienced the work of Executive Chef Travis Cochran.
Now, we’re excited to officially highlight the leader of our Heart of House. As Executive Chef, he leads from within, and continues to learn, mentor and guide a team that’s ready for whatever the day brings.
"Being an Executive Chef means leading by example! You can't ask someone to put in the work if you are not willing to work with them. No two days are the same in this industry. We need to be willing, able, and eager to address all of the curveballs this business can throw our way."
Travis joined Huse Culinary in 2023 as Sous Chef and brings 16 years of restaurant and hospitality experience. His philosophy is simple: great guest experiences come from a team that’s willing to show up, adapt and put in the work together.
"What I have learned is that it is a total team effort from front to heart of house to create the best experience for a guest. Quality of product and a high level of service is the goal and every step to get there matters along the way."
