Pure Eatery Fishers is sad to announce we will be closing our doors for good.

After 6.5yrs of serving the Fishers community we want to thank each and every one of our guests for your continued support. This community welcomed us in 2015 when you didn’t know who or what we were. We had a dream of bringing fresh, honest food, and local artwork in a space that welcomes all; to gather, eat, drink, and celebrate life. We’ve been so lucky to share our guests’ triumphs, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and provide a place to gather for life’s milestones.
We have been home to some amazingly talented people, some have come and gone but left their mark. There is no doubt that the heartbeat of Pure has been our family; Carrie, Cathy, Sarah, Dennis, Martin, Michael, and so many others. They have carried us thru the good, the bad, and now the ugly times and we cannot say thank you enough.
We know you will miss them too, and we want to give everyone a chance to come in and say hello one last time.

Unfortunately we do not have enough staff, so it is with heavy hearts we will be closed until our final celebration Thursday, Oct 7th, 2021.

Please stop in this Thursday from 2pm to 6pm—we would love to have you here to say farewell! We will only have the bar open, sadly no food.

We’re looking for a new serve who enjoys working with a small team, likes getting to know & making regulars, and appreciates working independently. Our servers cross-train to bartend, and everyone shares responsibilities within the restaurant. We have lunch & dinner shifts available. But must be available to work at least 2 lunch shifts. Lunches are fast paced and quick, usually 10am-2pm. Evenings are smooth and consistent, closing at 9pm.

Looking to hire a creative and experienced kitchen manager who enjoys planning menu specials, and is organized and familiar with managing a small staff.
This person will be organized and energetic! Your role will include encouraging and training your team.

Duties include preparing recipes and dishes, managing food inventory and cost control, managing kitchen schedules and labor, and working alongside our GM to provide an enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
Our kitchen is small, including panini presses, range, and small oven. Must be comfortable cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients. The kitchen is prep heavy and has an array of menu items including weekend brunch.

This is an hourly position with the expectation of working days and evenings, including weekends for a total of 40-50hrs/week.
Applicant must have reliable transportation and be willing to make food pick-ups when needed.
