Hello, Friends! Many of you have reached out inquiring about where you can find Mathoo’s Eggrolls this season. Currently, and for the past 6 months, I have been forced to go in search of a new location for my kitchen. Admittedly, the process has been emotional, tedious, time consuming, but overall, incredibly humbling. I kindly ask you to be patient along with me in this process, but also please pray with me and for me as this is truly and deeply difficult. God willing, I promise this is temporary and not a good-bye, but a see you later.
I am open and am pleading for any assistance in finding something within the constraints of my needs and my small budget.
This was never my plan and telling you is certainly out of my comfort zone. Stating it publicly and out loud cuts deeper than I could have imagined. I have to believe God is moving things in a way that will allow us to flourish professionally and personally. As usual, I enjoy bringing you, my amazing customers, along my journey. Your kindness in these situations is encouraging and tremendously heartfelt. And I will lean into that encouragement and claim peace for my life as I continue my search. Matthew 5:44 – But I say to you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them who spitefully use you, and persecute you.
