I’ll have a limited amount of Fall Iced Sugar Cookies. And who isn’t nutty about peanut butter? I’ll have Peanut Butter Bomb cookies by the dozen & might even have some fall Buckeye bites!

Another one of my homesteading attempts this year was to make ketchup using tomatoes from our garden. We did not have a bumper crop of tomatoes like we usually do- we had just enough for one batch of salsa & one batch of ketchup. Yes! I’m proud of my 5 jars of ketchup! It’s delicious if I do say so myself😉

My parents & I recently found some “gold”! I call it that because of all the work it took to make persimmon pulp! I felt a bit like a homesteader- picking the persimmons up from the ground, grinding them thru the masher and finally the end result- Beautiful orange persimmon pulp!

Now the fun part! Persimmon cookies, pudding & jam!
