Many of you probably don’t know this, but I’m also a professional arm wrestler 😭😂

One of the questions I get all the time is, “Is that really a thing?”

Oh yes. I can assure you it’s a legitimate sport that’s been around for decades.

When I’m not in the trailer, I’m usually spending time with family, keeping up with the house, or training to pull.

When we’re not slinging empanadas, we’re pinning hands to pads! 💪

This year I get to combine both of my passions! I’m proud to announce that Dos Medinas Puerto Rican Food will be at Colorado’s State Arm Wrestling Tournament this year!

God is GREAT! 🙏

After some much-needed time off with the family, WE ARE BACK!! 🔥🔥🔥

I’ll be honest with you all—I’m human. I’m doing everything I can to keep this dream alive, and if you’ve ever thought about starting a food business yourself, it’s more work than you could imagine.

Some days it feels like every task is its own Mount Everest ⛰️, with obstacle after obstacle standing in the way.

After months without a break, I started feeling like Bilbo Baggins—“butter scraped over too much bread.” 😅

But spending time with my family reminded me exactly why I’m doing this. ❤️

There are definitely days when I feel overwhelmed, but then I see the smile on my boys’ faces, and it gives me the strength to keep pushing forward. I see the smile on YOUR faces and it drives me further!
