Grilled Peach Burrata
Grilled peaches and burrata over a bed of baby arugula with crispy prosciutto, drizzled with EVOO and spiced honey, candied pecan crumbles.


Entrées
Stuffed Pork Chop
14oz. French-cut pork chop stuffed with diced cinnamon pear and crumbled goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto, finished in a cinnamon brandy cream. Served over peppercorn parmesan whipped potato and sauteed zucchini squash.

Veal Chesapeake
Veal scallopini sautéed with baby heirloom tomatoes and mixed mushrooms in a vodka rosé sauce, served over a bed of bucatini, finished topped with jumbo lump crab.

Chilean Sea Bass
Fresh Chilean sea bass fillet lightly breaded and broiled, served over mascarpone risotto with Applewood bacon, roasted sweet corn, and baby heirloom tomato in white wine lemon.
