Caroline Ray’s Outlet Mall will be the place to be this Saturday for all those great finds!

I’ll have our summer menu of fresh lemonade and frozen treats.

It’ll be my first day with our new ICE CREAM TACOS. Waffle cone taco shells filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with your choice of specialty toppings. Don’t miss out on our newly added Cookie Monster topping!

I just finished adding another insulating barrier to the mini bus

That reading was done at 11am with the ac running all night and the only appliances running in it is a chest freezer and mini fridge

6-8pm live music; 8pm Finding Nemo movie under the pavilion & a perfect ending of a fireworks show

Friday July 3rd-Bethel Springs Community Center
Live music, bounce houses and vendors start at 6pm and ending with a fireworks show

Saturday July 4th- Gillis Mills, TN firework show.
Gates open at 6pm, live music starting at 6:30. Hardin County Fire Truck, bounce houses, face painting, water activities and growing bigger as I type!

I'll have glow drinks, glow gear and cold sweet treats-no mini donuts but I will have our NEW MINI DONUT ICE CREAM!!!!!

-Chocolate dipped frozen banana topped with cinnamon brown sugar & Reese pbutter sauce
-Maple Bacon & Brown Sugar Cinnamon mini donut ice cream
-dunked in chocolate and finished with more bacon crumbles and cinnamon brown sugar & Reese pbutter sauce
