The bottom of this dish is lined with creamy mac and cheese, next a generous layer of tater tots, a half order of our plain chunks, green onions on top, and a side of ranch dressing. ***You will just need to choose a sauce of your choice to drizzle over the top. *** The default flavor is "buffalo" if you do not choose a separate flavor. Today’s special is bringing the CHEESE. 😎🧀
We’re serving up a DELICIOUS quesadilla today — and yes, we can confidently say that because we did a “quality check” while making the sample for the picture. 😂 Safe to say…it passed with flying colors. 🎉😋
And because more cheese is always the right answer, we’re also offering a second simple special today: tortilla chips with our warm white queso for dipping. Want to level up your quesadilla experience? You know what to do. 😉😋

!! Special Alert !!

Apparently Saturday was National Pickle Day…which is funny because before we even realized that, we were already working on a pickle special for today (Monday). 😂🥒

For those who have been with us since the early days at our original location, you might remember our homemade Fried Dill Pickle Chips served with that special dipping sauce. When we moved to our current location 4 years ago, the pickles never officially made the jump to the new menu.

But one customer never let us forget about them…Alex. 💚

Alex has been supporting us since the beginning, and for about the last year she has been consistently (and lovingly 😂) asking us to bring back the old pickle chips and sauce. This year she finally got bold enough to ask if we’d make them for her 30th birthday.

So here we are.

Today’s Monday Special is our throwback Fried Dill Pickles with the special sauce…all thanks to Alex. 🥒🎉

Happy "Belated" Birthday, Alex — this one’s for you!
