We are excited to bring the first winery to Findlay, Ohio and look forward to supplying a relaxing atmosphere where guests can enjoy many good times with family and friends. Each wine is produced and bottled here in our Findlay, Ohio location. You don’t need to be a wine expert or fluent in Italian or French to enjoy wine at our winery; you provide the willingness to drink and we’ll provide the kn

owledge to help you find your perfect wine. We also offer a bistro selection of foods, so you can enjoy lunch or dinner while sipping your favorite wine. We offer custom labeling for any of our wines. We’ll help you create the perfect personalized bottles that are great to use as gifts for weddings, birthdays, graduations, or to just enjoy yourself. Looking for something different and fun to do in Findlay? Adopt one of our batches of wine and invite your friends to a bottling party. We’ll help you create, bottle, cork and label your own private vintage. Come and “unwined” after a hard day at work or after a long day of shopping. We will provide you, your friends, and your family with a warm and inviting atmosphere complete with wine making, wine tasting, and wine drinking.

A new chapter awaits at Gillig Winery!🍷
For years, Gillig Winery has been a place to gather, enjoy great food and wine, celebrate special moments, and make memories together. Now, Trevor and I are ready for the next chapter we’ve always envisioned for ourselves, and we’re excited to finally share a little more about what’s ahead.

Gillig Winery will remain open Tuesday through Saturday through September 26th with our full menu and wine selection. Beginning the week of September 27th, we’ll transition to our Thursday through Saturday, 11:30AM-9PM, Fall Hours with more events and experiences happening here along the way.

Then, beginning January 1st, this space will enter an exciting new era and transition into an event venue created for gatherings, private events, and memorable experiences. You’ll still be able to enjoy Gillig Winery wines at this venue; you'll be hearing much more about these updates as we move through the fall.

Trevor and I are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Gillig Winery and been part of our story. We’re proud of what we’ve built, excited about what’s next, and looking forward to enjoying time with all of you.
