Let’s talk Flex Funds!💰

We’ve gotten lots of questions about our new payment tender during New Student Orientation and we anticipate them continuing into the first few weeks of class! Here’s a brief breakdown.

✨ Derrick Dollars can be used:
• At any on-campus dining location
• On Grubhub to order ahead and pickup from locations at The Refinery only
• In-person at our off-campus restaurant partners
- View them here: https://www.findlay.edu/campus-life/dining/off-campus-dining/

✨ Flex Funds can be used at any of the locations listed above under Derrick Dollars PLUS
• On Grubhub to order ANYWHERE that it is accepted for pickup or delivery. This is not limited to Findlay! Ex. If your student takes a trip to Chicago and orders Grubhub, they can use their Flex Funds to pay and get it delivered.
• The Campus Bookstore
• Campus printers available for student use

✨ Meal plans 1-5 come with Derrick Dollars (amount dependent on meal plan selected) that expire at the end of the semester.

✨ Derrick Dollars and Flex Funds that are added to a student’s account do not expire until they graduate. Same with meal swipes when purchased in blocks of 10.
