Sorry for taking so long, my friends.

Bap & Gogi pickup will be held this Saturday 10/24 from 430P - 630P, in Filer.

As this is our first non-market experience, please bear with us while we gain our footing.

*You will have to pre-order directly through the business page by sending a message (be sure to follow us so you never miss a drop!).

*The menu will be limited to the items listed.

*When you pre-order, you will need to send payment via Venmo (if I know you from the market, we can discuss options via DMs - if this is your first time ordering you MUST use Venmo and pre-pay).

*Once your order is completed (including payment), you will be sent our address.

*We do not guarantee availability outside of the posted window - if this time does not work for you, message us.

If something you want is not on the current menu but you know we make it, please let us know what you're hoping for and we can work it out for the next drop.

This week's menu: (8oz/12oz pricing : $5/$7)

Napa kimchi
Cucumber kimchi
Broccoli banchan
Spinach banchan
Braised tofu

Individually priced:
Kimbap $5 per roll
Mayak eggs 3 for $5
Kalbi marinade Pint $10/Quart $15
Spicy tofu soup $12 (w/seafood $15)
Seaweed Soup (contains beef) $10

Please place orders by Friday at 5PM to make sure we have enough supplies.

Ok, friends.

It's been a lovely break after Farmer's Market season, but as promised, let's talk about a monthly or bi-weekly drop.

I still work full time, so figuring out a schedule that works for us without taking up too much of our precious free time is key for me.

Having said that, I'd be willing to do door pickup to make availability for me more flexible, or we can talk about meeting somewhere a little more central-ish.

It would be a Sat or Sun, and preferably sometime between the hours of 11am - 4pm.

We could set a schedule, or I could just post a couple weeks in advance and take pre-orders.

Off season orders will be pre-order basis only, since there won't be a market available to sell anything that didn't get picked up. (If you're a regular, we can talk accommodations if needed.)

Let me know, either comment or message, and we'll get to planning.

Soup season is also upon us, let me know if there's any interest and I'll toss some items on the menu.

Friends, you did it. We've packed it in and called it quits, because we SOLD OUT!

We are so close! Farmer's Market season will officially end for us on Saturday. Be sure to come see us to get your Korean food fix at the Filer Farmer's Market (9 - 3, or sold out).

It was a restful 2 weeks, but... WE'RE BACK!!

We'll see you all at the Filer Farmer's Market on Saturday (9 - 3, or until we sell out!).

Friends, it is just barely past 10am, and we're already nearly sold out of kimbap. You are all really outdoing yourselves here. Thank you for all the support, I'm so glad you're enjoying our Korean flavors!

And I apologize, I said I'd have the Kopiko coffees to sample and I simply ran out of time rolling all the kimbap! Still for sale, and they're great!

AUGUST 1ST MENU:

Staples: Napa kimchi, kimbap

Pre-ordered items, which puts things on the menu: oi (cucumber) kimchi, mayak eggs, kalbi marinade

Possible items: Spinach, bean sprouts, radish kimchi, eggplant, braised tofu, broccoli.

Fun extras:
$1 each: Kopiko instant coffee (I'll have samples) - original, brown, Blanca

$2 each: Fruit freeze pouches - watermelon, blueberry, peach tea, mango, plum

If you want to make a possible item a for sure item, send me a pre-order request.

End of season schedule:

Friends, just wanted to keep you posted as we approach the end of the Farmer's Market season.

Filer Farmer's Market will run through 8/29.

Bap & Gogi will NOT be at every event.

We will be there:

Yep, you read that right. There's a 2 week absence. Get your orders or requests in now to make sure you get to get your fix in before the season ends.

I have not typically sold outside of season, but if there is enough interest, I would be open to considering a monthly or bi-weeky drop. Let's talk.

Staple items this season are napa kimcbi and kimbap.

Items on rotation: braised tofu, spinach, mayak eggs, eggplant, Bellflower root, bean sprouts, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, broccoli, kalbi marinade.

If you want to make sure a rotational item is on the menu, you'll need to pre-order. Shoot me a message to work that out. Either here or my personal page if that's easier.

Also... considering soups. 🤤
