Hiiii. I just came here to make it known that Rich’s is currently not open today. I am not sure of the reason why..But I have been informed that they have been closed today.

I also want to make a public service announcement that I was a previous manager, but currently do not work for Rich. I simply run this page as the other previous assistant manager who created this page will not provide login information and we currently do not want to restart a new page. I am sure that a new page will be coming in the future. With that being stated, I was only given so much permission on this page and I cannot add different admins. I am running this page and doing this out of the kindness of my heart for rich’s customers. Just trying to be as transparent as possible with the information I learn 🫶🏽

Hi, it’s me, the previous front manager. I just wanted to let everyone know that there is still not an attentive open date at this moment.

The owner had asked for this pages login information and I assumed he was going to be updating. I have taken initiative to do that for you all as I feel our customers are valuable.

I see your comments, messages, and eagerness for us to reopen! I personally appreciate our community and the support you have all shown during this time.

I hope this helps clear up some questions but please be patient as Rich is doing his best. No one is aware of what is going on behind the scenes in any company or someone’s personal life.

That is all. I do miss seeing the regular customers faces though!

Good evening!! Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone, but I just wanted to announce the latest news! As of tonight I, the previous front manager, have spoken to Rich and he is hoping for an April 1st reopen date at our old location (behind Papa John’s & next to Enterprise Bank)! Rich does not haveve access to this page as it was a part of my previous position—which is why there have not been any updates! I look forward to keeping you in the loop now that there is an attentive date! 🥳

As some of our customers may or may not know, Rich has decided to close his doors at the current Crystal City location. He is currently working on opening his old location behind Papa John’s and next to Enterprise Bank. There is no set date as to when it will be opened but we value our customers and will attempt to keep everyone updated on this.
