Them ribs didn’t last long. 30 lbs of pork ribs in a little over two hours. The Meat Mafia Mob doesn’t disappoint. We are here for another half hour with your favorite loaded fries available still as well as burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. And a couple bowls of Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese.

As a reminder we are closed tomorrow to work the Chicken BBQ at Ferrisburgh Fire Department. Come get some of Jerry’s Famous Recipe Chicken at 4:30 and support a great group of folks that give their all for the communities we call home.

What an amazing week at Addison County Fair and Field Days. We couldn’t be more thankful for all the support and encouragement from the community, the field days team, and of course our DIE HARD fans! We didn’t have much of a chance to take many pictures! Well that was definitely an amazing thing to see this morning on the Addison Independent. I cannot believe we appeared in the paper! We cannot thank everyone enough for all your support and love for great food. It is an honor to bring everyone together for the most common agreed upon thing in the world. We all love good food! We will see yall tomorrow at Field Days, as we load up a last big batch of pulled pork for the Final Day of the best Fair ever!

That’s a wrap on day two. We haven’t been able to post much. It has been pandemonium! But the people have spoken, and they can’t get enough of MEAT MAFIA! Yall have sold us out both nights.
