To Our Samiches Bar & Grill Family,

After a lot of prayer, thought, and difficult conversations, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close the doors of Samiches Bar & Grill.

This has been one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. When we opened Samiches, it was more than just a restaurant — it was a dream, a place where people could come together, enjoy good food, and feel like family.

We want to thank the Ferris community and everyone who supported us along this journey. Thank you for every order, every visit, every share, every kind word, and every person who believed in what we were building. We have truly appreciated you more than words can say.

Unfortunately, business has slowed down and we have reached a point where we are unable to continue operating at this location. This is not the ending we hoped for, but we are grateful for the memories, the friendships, and the support we received along the way.

We want everyone to know that this decision does not erase the love and passion we put into Samiches. We are hopeful that this is only a chapter, not the final page.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you. Thank you for believing in us. Please continue to support local businesses and keep our family in your prayers.

Hey family…..I know people feel like we close early a lot but it is because we have nothing going on after lunch. Maybe a few orders here and there. Our friends said we should open for dinner instead of lunch. They were saying people want dinner but we close at 6 and some people don’t get home from work until them.

We are polling to see what you all think. Should we keep what we got on Tuesday and Wednesday 11:30am to 6pm or open 6pm until 9:30pm?
