Crème fraîche, Grande whole milk mozzarella, fresh fior di latte, Prosciutto di Parma, sweet Oregon Charentais melon, Grana Padano, fresh basil, basil oil, and Maldon sea salt.

Sweet, salty, creamy, and ridiculously good.
