Howdy folks!

We had a day of cleaning out the fridge. Leftovers!

What to do with smoked pork, fridge veggies and herbs from the garden? We prepared a couple sandwiches on local Miami Bake Shoppe onion rolls...the best. Smoked pork and tri tip with grilled veggies, Calabrian pepper mayo, variety of aged cheese. We also prepared a parm orzo pasta with cannellini beans topped with smoked tri tip, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onion, grilled lemons topped with homemade pesto.

Nothing more inspiring and to get the creative juices going, then by using what is in the fridge, pantry and garden!

Howdy!

Testing some ideas for an upcoming polish celebration. Kept the first test very traditional. Our twist…soon to come.

Smoked fresh kielbasa, potato cheddar pierogies with sautéed onions, housemade smoked kraut with sour cream and caviar mustard. Delicious! Now to build from the norm and a bit of expertimenting. The fun part…other than eating!

Howdy, partners!

We spent part of the day yesterday smoking all the meats...working on and perfecting recipe ideas. Pork ribs, lamb, pork tenderloin, Italian sausage and Hungarian peppers. Delicious!

Made an Italian sausage and pepper sandwich with melted aged Gouda, spicy giardiniera and an Italian BBQ sauce drizzle...Oh my....

We have limited availability, so please reach out to schedule your next event. We are versed in all types of cuisine and styles. We love to work with family recipes and replicate/put a twist on food that brings happy memories.

You are family and we will provide a menu that brings that warm hug that we associate with family joy. It is not just "food", it is an opportunity to make new memories with those that you love. No better way to produce emotion and joy than to break bread with friends and family.

We could not be more humble and thankful for those that have hired us and anyone considering us for an upcoming celebration. This community has provided a small start up dream the lift to support brothers to make our passion and love a reality.

Howdy folks!!!!!

We were honored to cater for our dear friends Chris and Chad's wedding this past weekend. Congrats! We could not be happier for you both! XO

We prepared grilled chicken & steak - served with a wine/ beef demi-glace sauce and a peach compote. Mashed potatoes, lemon rice, seasonal vegetables with a lemon herb sauce, and a garden salad. For appetizers...chicken meatballs w/ a yogurt sauce, fried prosciutto over melon with basil and a balsamic glaze, spicy kibbeh nayyeh with pita and vegetables. We were busy enough not to capture the best pictures...We will repost (better) images from the wedding photographer once available...sneak peak of what we had time to take shots of.
