Finally got this joint cleaned up after an astoundingly busy day. THANK YOU one and all for you patience, generosity and enthusiasm. I may not be able to move as fast as I used to but I'm pretty sure I still cook every bit as good if not better. 😆 THANK YOU some more and I'll RE ya back here in June some time.

WOW, today was really intense. I guess you missed RE- this is a photo from when the line was still kinda short. 😂 THANK YOU ALL for enduring the never ending wait. I hope you were able to enjoy the weather and make some new friends. Thank you again some more for turning out and celebrating yet another flawless health inspection with me. Going into an 11 year streak without problems and I'm damn proud of that. 😁 How was dinner?
