Holy moly this meal is exquisite. Thursday's Jamaican Jerk Pork dinner special, seen here in all it's glory. And much to my (and likely a few of yours) delight, when mixed with the pork and rice the habanero peppers are perfect. A little pickliz salad at the back of the fork cuts the heaviness of the pork perfectly. What a tremendous meal. I hope you all loved it.

Sliced Kielbasa is looking good. Tell ya what, I'll MEAT you at RE BBQ today from 3 til 7pm!
