In case you didn’t see our last post, we’re gettin’ chilly to beat the heat this week. Here’s a nearly final draft of our raw & chilled menu (minus dessert), taking over our normal offerings Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Happy Hour is still on, so are all-night 2-bucks-shucks. Book on Resy or come get icy at the bar!

This week, Voyager is going RAW and CHILLED only for three straight evenings—Tue. 7/14 to Thu. 7/16.

With the coming heatwave and an old AC that can’t keep up, we want to try something different that we hope will be a win-win. Sure, it’s a bit last minute and unorthodox. But we’re bootstrappy and always looking for ways to make things better for our staff and guests. So we’re turning off the kitchen equipment and rolling out a menu designed to keep you cool.

You can expect staples like oysters, tartare, crudo, peel n’ eats, towers, caviar, salads & lobster rolls. But also a bunch of new, one-off items for 3-nights-only. Just nothing hot! Happy Hour is still on (cold items), and since they’re weeknights, we’ll be shucking a 2-buck oyster too.

Given the holiday, the next couple weeks look a li’l bit different than normal. We’ll be closed SATURDAY (7/4) to WEDNESDAY (7/8) to celebrate the 4th of July on our annual summer break. But before we do, we’re throwing down with a 3-night All-Night Happy Hour on TUESDAY (6/30), WEDNESDAY (7/1) & THURSDAY (7/2). That means 2-buck-shucks, 5-buck shots, 9-buck Rum Punches & Wine, Filet-o-Fi$h sandwiches, both Lobster Rolls & more. All. Night. Long. For walk-ins or reservations, dining room or bar, alongside our every dinner menu & nightly specials.

We’re expecting three very hot days, which at Voyager means no patio. So be sure to book on Resy. And our building’s air conditioning will do the best it can, but it’s an old building. Expect some warmth, but it’ll be a vibe and nothing some icy oysters & bevvies can’t fix. So…

Surprise! TONIGHT—Tuesday, 4/14—we’re hosting an All-night Happy Hour. Because...why not!? It’s been 6-months since our last one and the weather is starting to turn in our favor. That’s all the justification we need.

All-night Happy Hour means 2-buck-shucks, 5-buck shots, 9-buck Rum Punches & Wine, Filet-o-Fi$h sandwiches, both Lobster Rolls & more. All. Night. Long. For walk-ins or reservations, dining room or bar, alongside our every dinner menu & nightly specials. And word on the street...we may set up a few patio tables too, weather permitting.

It’s not often we do Salmon. So when we do, we make it special. Tonight, we’re serving troll-caught (hook & line) Wild Alaskan King Salmon.

Troll-catching simply yields better fish. Compared to net-caught fish, which are often closer to shore and at the end of their life-cycle, these salmon are caught deep in the open ocean while still feeding, leading to higher fat content and superior flavor at a younger point in their life cycle. They’re caught individually, dressed & iced quickly, which results in brighter skin and higher quality meat compared to net-caught fish, which are processed slowly and often see bruising. Hook & line is also completely sustainable, as bycatch and undersized Salmon can be released easily.

Today, we’re pan searing it and plating with a ramp hollandaise & sunchoke soubise. Come say hey! 📷:
