Brisket Birria // Slow-simmered brisket with Cascabels, Moritas, Guajillo, Ancho, sesame seeds, garlic, achiote, cloves, b**r, orange juice and Mexican Coke. Served with ramen, sweet onions, cilantro, lime, jalapeños and a cheese skirt.

Smoky, savory, spicy and packed with flavor. Catch it on Thursdays throughout October.
