Dear Coffee Lovers,
It’s with mixed emotions that I share this update about Meillie. After much reflection, I’ve decided to close our current location after January 5. While this is earlier than originally planned, it feels like the right step as we take time to consider the next chapter.
We are searching for the perfect new space where Meillie can thrive and continue to serve this wonderful community. However, finding the right fit may take some time, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we figure out what’s next.
To our wonderful neighbors, Treat Dreams and Hero or Villain, it’s been a privilege to share this space with you. Your creativity and camaraderie have made this experience truly special
For anyone with gift cards, we’d be happy to buy them back—please reach out, and we’ll make arrangements.
This isn’t goodbye forever—it’s goodbye for now. Until we meet again, take care and keep sipping something wonderful. ☕❤️

🌟 Vietnamese Coffee, On Us This December 🌟

At Meillie Coffee, we strive to honor the cultural origins of every drink we serve while making thoughtful adjustments to better serve our community. Our Vietnamese Coffee is no exception. Crafted with a special blend of Vietnamese coffee and chicory, and brewed using a method inspired by the traditional Phin filter, our version is nutty, chocolaty, smoky, and slightly less sweet and creamier than traditionally served to suit a wide range of palates.

We’ve recently received feedback that challenged us to reflect on how we balance tradition and adaptation. While we take pride in our recipe, we recognize there’s always room to improve and ensure consistency in preparation. To continue the conversation and invite more of your thoughts, we’re offering complimentary Vietnamese Coffee throughout December.

This is an opportunity for you to try the drink, experience our take on it, and share your thoughts. Whether you're familiar with Vietnamese Coffee or trying it for the first time, your feedback will help us grow and refine what we do.
