Funny how tomorrow June 5th last year l was doing soft opening down here. It crazy how time flies. EatoChef is able to bring so much joy to so many of you down here and many vacationers from all over the United States 🇺🇸!! It definitely been the blessing year to us! In 2004 when Tsunami hit Khao Lak, Thailand 🇹🇭. I was one of the baby sitter of two children. One on one…my friend and l. Kim the dad, and his father flying from Sweden and his girlfriend at the time. We all were supposed to be there. The hotel was booked, but l refused to go. I wanted to go home Chiang Rai up north to see my family instead.

Kim changed the plan last minute. Canceled the hotel and headed to Mae Hong Sorn, next will be Chiang Mai then Chiang Rai.

I remembered that watching the news the very next day to find out that the hotel was wiped off….Kim left the kids with us and headed down to be a volunteer due to the most missing people are a Swedish people.

This year Jan. I went back to the very same spot l got emotional that life..sometimes… you never know what, when, how, and why.. But to only be thankful and grateful for what you have… it actually the moment we all can take it in… l am here today to serve you the one good Pad Thai because God has not done with me yet.

And for you to enjoy this box of food. It was once almost never exist. Only God mercy.

Today last year I was traveling from Michigan to Florida. My heart was heavy. 🚛🥹❤️‍🩹 miss you Michiganders without you won’t be me today.

And today l am traveling from 🇹🇭 Thailand to Florida my heart even heavier 😭✈️💔 miss you so much already🇹🇭. One of the hardest days for me l don’t like saying goodbye.

Oh no, someone lost their Blankey! 🥱😭 it will be right here. Hopefully we’ll find it rightful owner. You have 48 hours or less to comply. Hehe remember special hours this week closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then open 4 to 8 on Thursday regular hours Friday and Saturday from 11:30 AM until 8 PM and then Sunday 4 PM until 8 PM. This is one of the best Pad Thai by far l have tried and compared to Eato Chef.

It’s in BKK. Soi RamKhamhang 42
It’s literally has 2 tables(l forgot to take a picture of it)

It a real pure street food! She has a cart and two tables that’s it!

—Her noodles texture was excellent, but Eato is a little more chewy texture. Very close! I give it to her 9.5 - 10 Eato.

— Her color is look just like Eato. I give her 10- 10 Eato

— Her flavors are very close to Eato. But she is missing garlic, shallots, wok hay, fish sauce, and lime. My girl went to 7-11 to get more 🍋‍🟩 and mini fish sauce 😊 l give her 8.5- 10 Eato.

— the ingredients are fresh 10 for sure!

— the service was great 10 for sure!

— And she stand on the stool while she was cooking too 😂 so do l! 10-10 😂😅jk

— The price was 60 Baht which currently its about $1.85 per dish (3 pcs.of shrimp). Can’t beat that! 10/10!!

And of all of places l’ve tried. She is definitely my number 1 for now. The reason why it was so good because she cook one at the time!

We ordered 2 the same thing, but she cooked it twice even though she has big space to cook for 2. But she chose to cook twice! That is the secret right there!! EatoChef gives her 10 out 10 for sure!!👍

The best Pad Thai by far in Thailand is not from the high end restaurants, the nice hotels, or beautiful views of the cafe. Instead it just as simply as no one even notices it.
This is the beauty of a food culture and industry!
Tomorrow l will go hunt more for you!
