Today's lunch menu features our signature Spanish Onion Soup, lovingly crafted by our talented chefs! The 3-day process starts with the rich renderings from our 60-day dry-aged steak program, courtesy of , which becomes a savory beef broth. Roasted shallots, red and white onions, and Spanish manchego cheese come together in harmony, finished with crunchy croutons made from our in-house pastry chef's delicious focaccia bread.
