Sightless Escape is our new imperial porter. Expect notes of dark coffee and black cherry. Sitting at 7.4%, this brew is a heavy hitter, perfect for sipping slow and steady. Come give it a try this weekend!

The spice is right! Check out these two hatch chile sandwich specials:

• Mi Gordo: house-made green chile chorizo on torta bread with pickled onion, roasted hatch chiles, queso fresco, and a cilantro avocado lime crema. Try pairing with Moonage Daydream, our Belgian dubbel.

• Hatch Chile Smashburger: two smashed patties topped with American cheese, mayo, a pile of roasted hatch chiles, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Try pairing with 2 Hops This Time, our double IPA.

So enjoy it in the meantime! Starting with a pimento ricotta base, this pie is topped with mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, green onion, fried green tomatoes, and a peach habanero drizzle.
