📢 IMPORTANT SERVICE POLICY UPDATE

At Jimmielees Kitchen LLC, professionalism, food safety, organization, and quality service are extremely important to us.

Moving forward, when we are hired for Drop-Off & Setup Service, we respectfully ask that our team be given the space needed to complete the job we were contracted to perform.

As a licensed and insured catering company, all food setup, handling, placement, presentation, and catering equipment will be handled by Chef Alena and Jimmielees Kitchen staff ONLY during the setup process.

We kindly ask that clients, guests, venue personnel, or other individuals do not interfere with, rearrange, move, or direct our setup or our staff.

If there are questions, concerns, or requested changes, they must be communicated directly to Chef Alena. Chef Alena will then provide instructions to her staff. This eliminates confusion and allows our team to work safely, professionally, and efficiently.

We absolutely respect our clients and their events, and we ask for that same respect to be extended to our team.

When you hire Jimmielees Kitchen LLC, you are hiring professionals. Please allow us the space to provide the professional service you hired us to provide.
