It’s back………..This weekend’s special is beef Wellington. Filet mignon cooked with a mushroom pate and prosciutto, wrapped in a puff pastry then baked. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a mushroom Cabernet reduction, choice of soup or salad and of course a popover with honey butter!!! We also have prime rib!!!
