I’ve been at the college working at a suppling a nutritious lunch program for the Minnesota State students but I’m so excited to be back in my restaurant tomorrow.

Dave brought in some fresh squash and I will try hard to get squash soup ready for you.

Amanda is on vacation, starting tomorrow. She has prepped so many delicious desserts and worked tirelessly to fulfill special orders. Wish her all your best while she spends some quality time with her family.

Not every Rotarian excels in baking so when The Fabled Farmer in Fergus Falls Minnesota makes a Peach Pie with peaches from the Fergus Falls Noon Rotary annual fundraiser.. well you act quick, ask for the homemade whip cream and the Heartbeet Juice!

We have a little bit of landscaping we need to do, but look at that new sign! You can see it from the road if you look quick. Working towards being not such a hidden gem but a gem you can find more easily!

Stop by and pick up a 24Karot in our beverage case today! We also have family size pans of heat and serve farmers potatoes made with local Yukon gold potatoes, peppers, and onions from Dave Lindig Farms and East Dane Prairie Gardens, $20/pan!

The soup today is Cajun Bean and Sausage and I’m working on a sandwich special; I’m thinking chicken salad on cranberry bread. I’ll have to see if I have time!

Look at the cookies going in the oven! We just got in more Ethiopia coffee for retail for those who have been waiting and the soup today is a sweet and savory Apple Sweet-potato Cheddar.
