We were super fortunate to be able to take a trip to Norway with our family this summer, see family, friends, and amazing sights. We were reminded how amazing “soft is med sjokolade pulver” was and the grandkids absolutely loved it!! We brought in some real soft serve ice cream this weekend and it’s one of the creamiest we could find. We also brought back some O’boy chocolate powder from Norway and we will have chocolate and rainbow sprinkles. This is a trial and if Fergus loves it, we will bring it back for next season. Come and try it! If we run out, you probably can’t get it until next season. Have an awesome day!!!

Uncle Eddie’s is still OPEN!! This is our LAST full week. We are open now through Labor Day from 12-9 pm EVERYDAY! After Labor Day we will switch to just Thursdays- Sundays from 2-8pm through the end of September. Come try out our new flavors!
