What’s the Buzz about 🐝

A local high school student came up with the idea to help students that might not be able to play sports or be exposed to certain sports because of their financial situations. She has a huge heart for the children of underserved communities. Donations will be collected this Friday from noon until six o'clock at the three specified locations: Community Threads in Fenton, Niles Industrial Coatings in Fenton, and Real Estate by Tremaine.

Donations will be given to several Flint area programs and schools.

International Firefighters’ Day

May 4th is a day set aside each year to honor and those that take the risk each day to help protect our communities. The service and sacrifice of our firefighters is tremendous and our community benefits from their actions.

Tomorrow, Sunday, May 5 you may hear sirens sound at noon. This is not a delay to the monthly Saturday tornado siren test; it is a Sound Off for those past firefighters.
