A seasonal update to Jammin' Out -- Lunazul Blanco tequila + house-made berry jam + hot honey + lemon, crowned with a cloud of aquafaba foam and a sprinkle of chili flake and salt.

Behind this cocktail is a true story of sacrifice: our bar manager Kaitlyn declared war on a mountain of strawberries, wrestled a pot of pectin into submission, and emerged victorious (if a little sticky) with the jam of her dreams. There may or may not have been jam on the ceiling. She has no regrets.

Sweet, spicy, tart, and dangerously easy to order a second round of.

Come get jammin' — Kaitlyn's suffering was not in vain.
