I need to take a moment and give some shout-outs!!

We are very comfortable doing large parties and catering for big numbers. We often cater events for 80–150 people. However, a couple of months ago, the National Guard reached out to us about feeding 710 soldiers for 3 nights. They did offer to break it up and contact a few different caterers.

I hesitated for a few seconds, but decided we would take on the whole job! I figured, “Ah sh*t,” what’s the worst that could happen?! Well, I am happy to report that, with only a few setbacks, we succeeded!!

We sent out 2,130 meals on top of our regular business in the last 3 days!! I could not have done it without the help of our favorite customers Bonnie L Scott Topping, Jim Topping, and Jack Meeks, my staff- especially Patti Jones—and last but not least, Mark Snyder, who gave up all of his plans to help me out!!!!

As well as Shannon Donato who came through and saved my ass by lending me all of her hot boxes when my warmer was delayed!!!

Stop in tonight for our dinner specials!!
As always we have our Friday night fish fry (fried, grilled or parm crusted) served with homemade Mac and cheese, coleslaw, veggie and dinner roll. We will also be serving Millers famous je**ed pork with mashed potatoes, veggie and dinner roll!! And to top it off our dessert cooler is full of fresh desserts!!
