Exciting Changes at So Moon Nan Jib!

Back Under Owner Management

Three years ago, So Moon Nan Jib was managed by employees, but as of last month, the owner is back and fully in charge. We’re committed to restoring the quality and service that our customers have always loved.

Introducing Our New Chef

We’ve listened to your feedback about the previous chef, and we have taken action. We’re proud to welcome a chef from a famous restaurant in Korea to our team to elevate our dishes to a new level! With his expertise, the quality and taste of our dishes have greatly improved significantly. We can’t wait for you to taste the difference!

A Fresh Look for More Comfort

To create a better dining experience, we’ve also done some remodeling. The space is now cleaner and more comfortable—a perfect place to enjoy your favorite Korean dishes.

New Menu Additions

We’re excited to introduce new dishes to our menu:
• Lunch Special: Chef’s special Jjambong (Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup) and Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Sauce Noodles) are now available!
• Dinner Menu: We’ve added Grilled Beef Intestine, a flavorful addition you don’t want to miss. This dish comes with your choice of steamed white rice or fried rice.
• Drinks: Enjoy our refreshing Honeycomb Makgeolli, a perfect pairing for your meal.

Hello everyone, Comcast internet line was damaged through the night, so our phone service and internet service both are down. Currently taking cash only until they recovered. Sorry about the inconvenience and thank you for everyone’s support!

Hello everyone, our internet is currently down. Comcast seem to have a power outage roughly until 4pm today. We just want to keep you updated that we are open for dine-in & take-out until 10pm today but CASH-ONLY until Comcast service is back on. Sorry about the inconvenience that might cause you. Have a nice weekend!

On early Thursday morning around 3:40am, a female burglar broke the glasses on the side of our front door and came into the restaurant. She broke our computer, POS system, cashier drawers, kitchen equipments and stole valuables from our store; including our worker’s tips, savings and salaries that were secured inside the drawer.

It took us days to organize , replacing everything that this accident has brought us. Thankfully and fortunately no one was in the restaurant at that time so none of us was injured.

We understand everyone’s having hard time during this pandemic, so do we. We hope this will never happen again to us or any other businesses out there.

We will continually follow governor’s guidelines and open for take-out service only until further notice. Stay safe and happy holidays everyone!

We are now open from 11am-10pm daily (closed Wednesdays) with following guideline:

* Customers MUST wear a cloth face covering anytime you are not seated at the table. (while being seated or leaving, or while going to the restroom).

* All parties and tables must be 6 guests or less (including all ages) , NO EXCEPTION!

* We are opening with 50% of maximum building occupancy or lower, so we kindly ask you to wait outside after signing waiting list if there's a line.

* Please try to order at once. We try to limit the interaction between customer and our servers, we might not check on the table while you are dining in, so please wave us down/ ring the bell if you need anything.

* Please box up leftovers by yourself.

* Please do not stay and chat after finishing your meal in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you stay too long.

* Please pay at the front counter, we do not handle your payment while serving.

* 6-feet Social distancing enforced.
