We are pleased to announce that effective today, June 29, 2026, South by Northwest Hospitality will become the operational and management company for The Leroy Sporting Lounge, owned by Ted Belden.
As Arkansans, and with respect for our Southern heritage, we want everyone to know us simply as The Leroy — pronounced Lee-Roy. The name is also an homage to longtime Fayetteville property owner Leroy Pearce.
Since the beginning of South by Northwest Hospitality*, Fayetteville has been our heart and soul. It has been a dream for both Marti and me to be part of the Fayetteville community, and the past ten years have been deeply meaningful to us. Working with Ted Belden, a man dedicated to the betterment of Fayetteville, is a great honor.
Over the next several weeks, you will notice a few changes around The Leroy as we introduce new offerings and a renewed hospitality approach. You will still find great games, simulators, and duckpin bowling — now paired with a stronger bar and food experience.
We look forward to welcoming you back as we open the doors once again at The Leroy.
