Some chefs discover their passion. Others grow up with it.

For Chef de Cuisine Rachel Anderson, that journey began as a child, learning alongside her mother in the kitchen. From French mother sauces to fried chicken prepared for family gatherings and church picnics, cooking became more than a skill—it became a way to bring people together.

That same passion led Rachel to a leadership role with MayDay NWA, where she combined her love of food with serving the Fayetteville community.

Today, as Chef de Cuisine at Theo's Fayetteville, Rachel continues to create thoughtful dishes rooted in craftsmanship, hospitality, and the belief that some of life's best moments happen around the table.

We're proud to have Rachel leading our kitchen and sharing her passion with every guest who joins us.

Every chef has a story. Chef Serrgio Cesena's began with a single fennel bulb.

What started as one ingredient and the story behind it transformed the way he viewed cooking—not simply as a profession, but as an opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with others through food.

That same curiosity continues to shape every dish that leaves the kitchen at Theo's. Serrgio believes the best meals create more than memorable flavors—they create memorable moments.

"I cook my best food when I cook for those I care about."

It's a philosophy you'll find in every plate served and every guest welcomed through our doors.

Some dishes are made to be remembered.

Our 16 oz Double Cut Pork Chop is carefully prepared and paired with roasted rutabaga, butter-poached leeks, charred fennel, and a mustard vermouth reduction that brings each element together in perfect balance.

Rich, comforting, and layered with flavor, it's a dish that invites you to slow down and savor every bite.

Theo's is proud to once again participate in Art of Wine Goes West, supporting arts education while celebrating the incredible culinary community of Northwest Arkansas.

This year's featured bite is our Chicken on a Biscuit—smoked chicken, cortido slaw, secret western sauce, served on a gluten-free biscuit. Crafted exclusively for the event, it's our take on Western comfort with a Theo's twist.

If you're attending Art of Wine, be sure to stop by our table. We'd love to share a bite, say hello, and celebrate an evening dedicated to exceptional food, wine, and the arts.

We'll see you there!
