Several people have been asking why I closed my BBQ business to the public. Most of you know but here is the story for those of you that don’t. Early December 2025, I had a massive heart attack and died at my home. CPR was given to me until the ambulance got there. They resuscitated me twice before I was stable enough to be put in the ambulance. At the hospital, I died again on the operating table. As the doctors worked to save my life, they were not giving me any chance of making it. They told my family they did all they can do and now only time will tell. They placed 2 stints in my heart and 2 more in each leg. I spent 4 1/2 days on a breathing machine before I started breathing on my own. I spent a total of 11 days in the hospital. I am here today because Someone Prayed. Family, friends & strangers kept praying for me and I am forever grateful. God answers prayers. Always have, always will. I spent the rest of December, January, February and the first week of March recovering. Doctors said that I was very, very lucky. That’s my story! Life is to short not to enjoy it. Spend every chance you get with loved ones and friends. Tell them that you Love them. Be kind to one another. We are all made by the one and only creator. May God bless you.
