Thai Kor Moo Yang (Bud Wisers bbq style)!!! Taking a break from the smoker to run some Thai-style pork over direct charcoal. Hit with a heavy sear and paired with a scratch-made Nam Jim Jaew for that necessary acid/heat balance. No fluff, just flavor. Duroc pork rib eye marinated in garlic, cilantro stems, and fish sauce! This has become a staple in our weekly menu!!!
