Come grab our new July special at the container kitchen. The BBQ Big Kahuna: it’s sweet, spicy, and savory. Just in time for July 4th weekend. With pulled pork, BBQ, jalapeño, pineapple, cheddar, and a franks red hot ranch drizzle, it’s sure to satisfy those backyard flavors on these hoooooot summer days. Due to some construction delays on our new brick and mortar, we’ll be opening up the books again for the mobile truck. These things happen, so we’re just rolling with the punches! Feel free to reach out through the submission form on our website! If you’ve already been told we aren’t available and still want to try to book us again in 2026, please reach back out. We’re sorry to everyone we’ve had to turn down but hopefully we can get you scheduled if we’re able to. That being said, our container kitchen Fossil Cove Brewing Co. is still going to be open 6 days a week like usual. We hope to see yall out there. Stay wicked!
