So we did a thing!! All Glory be to God and God alone!!! Mr. Tom and his beautiful wife Maria, started a family legacy in the making. This is something they never thought they would see happen! Well today we made their dreams come true!! We are now owners of the property our precious gift started in! We love and thank you mom and dad!! We did it!! Looking to serve you and your family for many many years to come!! Thank you Lord and Glory to You always!!

Commercial deals can feel simply transactional, but today's closing was full of heart. I had the privilege of helping friends who are like family secure a property deeply meaningful to them. It was a smooth transaction thanks to my awesome clients, Crystal Simmons Poulos and Deno Poulos, and a great team—lender, attorney, inspector, sellers, and cross-sale agent. Grateful for the trust and teamwork that made this happy closing possible! Cheers!
