WE’RE HIRING

We’re looking for another team member to join Montana Coffee Company.

This is more than making coffee. Every customer who walks through our doors deserves exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a product we’re proud to put our name on. We take that responsibility seriously, and we’re looking for someone who does too.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dependable
• Eager to learn
• Trustworthy
• Customer-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities include:

Taking customer orders
Making coffee and espresso beverages
Calibrating equipment
Morning setup
Cleaning and closing duties
Cooking
Stocking
Inventory checks
And more

This position is part-time, with opportunities to grow as our business continues to expand.
