These macarons start with rich chocolate shells, filled with silky chocolate French buttercream, then dipped halfway in a sweet raspberry coating and finished with a dusting of freeze dried raspberry powder for that extra pop of flavor and color ✨

Chocolate lovers get their moment… but the raspberry keeps it from being too sweet. Deep, rich, fruity, and a little dramatic — exactly how I like my macarons 😍
