😂 TODAY’S SPECIAL: THE GOBBLER 🦃🥚

I’m not really sure what was going through my head when I came up with this sandwich… 🤷‍♀️ It was probably one of those “hear me out…” moments that somehow actually worked.

Turns out sliced turkey + homemade egg salad + diced onion + pickle relish on a buttery croissant is ridiculously good.

It’s messy. It’s different. It might even make you question my sanity… until you take the first bite. 😅

Come be the judge. If it’s terrible, you can blame me. If it’s amazing, I fully meant to do that. 😉🍻

🌡️ Good morning, friends! 🌡️

We don’t close very often, but today is one of those days.

With this extreme heat and our mini-splits (that help our main A/C) currently deciding they’re on vacation, once the grills, fryers, ovens, and everything else in the kitchen get fired up, we can easily see temperatures of 100°+ inside. That’s just not safe for our staff.

As much as we’d rather be serving burgers and cold beers, today we’re choosing to put our employees’ health and safety first.

So instead of sweating through the day, we’re going to tackle some deep cleaning, get those A/C units fixed, and get everything ready for the rest of the week.

We’ll be back tomorrow, Wednesday at 11am! hopefully with colder air, cleaner corners, and fewer reasons to melt. 🥵❄️

Thanks for understanding and supporting us. Stay cool, drink lots of water, and if you absolutely have to stand in front of a fryer today… make sure it’s not ours. ❤️🍻
