And apparently nobody told this thing to behave. 😂

We’re talking a crispy, golden-fried BEEF STEAK FRITTER, loaded with bacon, melted cheese, shredded lettuce, and a creamy horseradish sauce that’s got a little attitude of its own! 😏

All piled onto a toasted bun that’s hanging on for dear life.

It’s big. It’s messy. It’s a little rowdy. And quite frankly, that’s exactly how we like things around here! 🤷‍♀️

No packet. No jar. No “close enough.”
I measured things and everything. 😂👏

Honestly, we’re getting a little too fancy around here.

Two women. One stainless steel install. Absolutely no idea what we were doing. 😂

Did we struggle? Yep.
Did we cuss? A LOT.
Did we question every decision that led us here? Absolutely.
Did we actually accomplish a little something?

HELL YES WE DID. 😂👏

At this rate, we should have the kitchen finished sometime before 2030.

🔨 WELP… HERE WE GO AGAIN. 😂

We will be CLOSED Tuesday… again.

Apparently, installing stainless steel in an entire kitchen in ONE DAY was a slightly ambitious goal. Who knew?! 😂

So this week, we’re giving ourselves TWO DAYS because that stainless steel is getting FINISHED COME HELL OR HIGH WATER. 🔨😂

Fingers crossed two days is enough, because Sarah & Jules have officially had enough of playing Restaurant Renovation: DIY Edition. 🤦‍♀️

🏈😂 WELP… ANDY’S HERE. So apparently we’re taking Badger Saturday seriously.

Badgers kick off at 11:30 AM, but Andy has already completed the pregame checklist:

✅ Foam finger bigger than his head
✅ Bud Light within arm’s reach
✅ Nachos large enough to require a building permit
✅ Blaze orange shirt because apparently the Badgers AND deer need to know he’s here 😂

Lisa’s behind the bar, Maria’s in the kitchen, and today’s special is Taco Pizza OR Loaded Nachos. 🌮🍕

Come watch the Badgers with us—and if you order the nachos, Andy has demonstrated the proper portion size. 😂
