It’s a snowy day in KTown and you know what that means - we stop everything to enjoy the few snowflakes we get. We treasure our customers and crew so we will be closing early today for the safety of everyone. But until then and before it gets bad come clear out our bagel case please. Last post was a test. Yeah! It worked. In 2020 “the powers that be” on Facebook took my page from me. It said it wasn’t my business and there was no option for fixing that. Apparently, my page magically became mine again. So I’m excited to be back and will be chatting all things BAGELS soon. In the meantime, enjoy this yummy Farmhouse image. These aren’t the best of times to take on a remodel so we want to thank you for being patient with us as we make our dining room a great place to drink coffee, eat bagels and be in community. Floors getting worked on this week. Our drive thru will stay open until 4:00 pm as usual but our in house will close at 2:00 pm today to give the installers time to get some work done. Last night they were there until 1:00 pm taking up the old floor. We hope you like our new look as it evolves over these months. It looks like we don’t have a plan but we do and it will all come together.

Our renovation is taking sooooo long. We wish we could close our doors one day and then open all brand new and exciting but that is not the world we live in today. Supply chain, delays, insufficient workers all are playing a part in this piecemeal reno. So thank you for being patient and putting up with us.
If you want a piece of Einstein Bros. Bagels we receive our new booths tomorrow. We will have one or two single booths up for grabs. PM right away if you want one or know a school or church that may benefit.
