🍎The Hard Pressed Truth🍎 is our book themed cocktail Inspired by Rachel Hochhauser’s Lady Tremaine.
It's a rich, concentrated house made spiced c***r syrup that honors the grueling manual harvest Lady Ethel uses to survive the financial ruins of Bramley Hall. Built over a sharp ice shard to match her cold calculation, the drink is crowned with dry hard c***r for a crisp, biting finish—proving that truth, much like a good c***r, requires a heavy amount of pressure to extract.

Bourbon, Apple Brandy, House Made C***r Spiced Syrup, Fresh Lemon, Imperial Dry C***r

Doors open at 5PM to allow plenty of time to grab one of these beautiful drinks and an apple themed pizza special (stay tuned for our pizza special post) 🍎
