The electrical issue has officially been fixed, and we are OPEN FOR THE DAY! 🙌❤️

Sorry for all the chaos and last-minute updates this week, thank you guys for being patient with us! We’re so happy to finally get the trailer back up and serving you. 😭🍔

Here’s the rest of the weekend:

🚨 Schedule update!

First, we’re sorry we’ve been a little quiet this week, and we apologize for the last-minute update! We were hoping to get our schedule posted yesterday, but, unfortunately we’re dealing with an electrical issue today and won’t be able to open. We’re working on getting everything fixed, but right now we don’t have a definite ETA for when we’ll be back up and running.

We’ll update you guys as soon as we know more! Thanks for hanging in there with us. ❤️

We had an amazing week last week, and we just wanted to say thank you! ❤️

As we wrap up another great week at Caswell’s Kitchen, we’ve been thinking about just how grateful we are for all of you. How crazy is it that we’ve already made it through one full year in business?!

When we opened Caswell’s Kitchen we really didn’t know exactly where this journey would take us. One year later, we’re incredibly grateful for every person who has stopped by the trailer, tried our food, told a friend about us, followed us online, or simply came back for another meal.

Thank you for supporting our small family business and helping us make it through our first year. ❤️
