🇺🇸 Tonight’s feature: Healthy Alfredo 🇺🇸

While the restaurant is still closed due to ongoing construction, we’re still chefing it up at home and keeping the creativity flowing 🏡

We swapped traditional pasta for egglife egg white wraps sliced into “noodles” and made a lighter Alfredo sauce with a cottage cheese based cream sauce blended smooth with garlic, parmesan, and a touch of seasoning. 🧀 🍝 🍗🥦

High protein. Lower carb. Still rich and satisfying. 💪🏽

Proof that you don’t have to starve to eat healthy; you just have to get creative in the kitchen. 👨🏻‍🍳✨

🇺🇸 ONE YEAR OF FKB 🇺🇸

A year ago, we opened the doors to Freedom’s Kitchen & Bar with big dreams and a lot of unknowns.

Since then, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges, but through every trial, our belief in this place and the people behind it never wavered.

FKB has always been about grit, adaptability, and heart. When things got tough, we leaned in, adjusted, and kept going. And we couldn’t have done it without our incredible staff, loyal customers, and supportive community who believed in us every step of the way.

Thank you for making Freedom’s feel like home.
One year down, and we’re just getting started. ❤️ 🏡

We may not be cooking at FKB right now, but the work doesn’t stop. 🛑

Still chefing it up at home, staying creative, staying sharp, staying hungry. 🔥

🇺🇸 ONE YEAR AGO AT FKB 🇺🇸

One year ago today, we opened our doors for our soft opening, and within the first few steaks hitting the grill, we ran out of propane. 😅🔥

Right out of the gate, we had a choice: sink or swim.

So we adapted.
We kept the drinks flowing, pivoted to appetizers we could still make, and leaned on each other to get through the night. What looked like a failure to some was the exact moment I knew; nothing was going to stop this team !!

Fast forward one year, here we are again.
The restaurant is gutted. It’s messy. It’s uncomfortable. Progress is slow and steady.

But the mindset hasn’t changed 🧠

We’re still adapting.
Still overcoming.
Still choosing to move forward instead of folding.

Thank you to our crew, our community, and everyone who’s stuck with us through the growing pains. ❤️

If propane couldn’t stop us then, a renovation sure won’t stop us now. 💪🏽

🇺🇸 Today at FKB 🇺🇸

Our kitchen is officially gutted. It’s not the fast part of the journey, but it is the necessary one. Progress is slow and steady, but we’re choosing to keep our eyes on the upside. 👀

This gives us the time to repaint, deep clean, and reset the space from the ground up before what’s next (Once the contractors finish their work) ✅

Sometimes things have to be torn apart to be built back even better and stronger!! 💪🏽

As always, we can’t thank you enough for the continued support. We feel it every single day. 💕

🇺🇸 Today at FKB 🇺🇸

Current status of our dining room…
We weren’t kidding when we said this was going to be a big project. 😅🔨

Even so, we’re finding time to enjoy ourselves in the middle of the chaos. Making homemade pizzas, kicking back, and watching the Patriots in the playoffs. 🍕🏈

Life can throw you a lot of pressure. That’s when you stay calm in the pocket, trust the team, and execute the next play. ❤️
