Our hearts are with our friends at Ambition Brewing after a devastating fire. ❤️ Most importantly, we are so thankful that everyone is safe.

This one hits especially close to home. We’re proud to serve Ambition b**r at The Roost, but our connection goes beyond what’s on tap. Jeff has become a familiar face around here, stopping in just about every week for wings, and someone we’re lucky to call a friend.

As fellow small business owners, we know how much heart, time, sacrifice and hard work goes into building something of your own. Seeing something like this happen to people in our local community is heartbreaking.

Jeff and the entire Ambition Brewing crew, we’re thinking of you and we’re behind you. We know this community will rally around you.

Here’s to rebuilding, coming back stronger and raising a glass together again soon. 🍻❤️

Happy Friday! ❤️🐓

Today is National Food Service Worker Day, and if you’ve ever worked in a restaurant, you know it takes a special kind of person.

Restaurant work is character building. It teaches you how to hustle, work as a team, think on your feet, laugh through the chaos, and keep going when you’re tired and the tickets just won’t stop coming. 😂

It’s long days, late nights, sore feet, busy kitchens, packed bars, and a whole lot of memories made along the way.

Today we’re celebrating the people behind The Roost — past and present — who have put in the work and been part of our crew. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

Happy National Food Service Worker Day to our Roost family and all the restaurant people out there! 🍻
