Carol is *almost famous* 😎 A huge thank-you to the Channel 3 Eyewitness News team for having us on to talk all things , especially our Taste of Poland special for Restaurant Week — happening now through Aug. 2! 🗓️

🇵🇱 Come hungry for a sautéed patty with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Bavarian mustard on a toasted potato roll, paired with Carol’s crispy potato pancake and cheese (garnished with onions and sour cream).

For Restaurant Week, July 24–Aug. 2, we’re serving a special inspired by Carol’s Polish heritage — and by her Aunt Sophie, a true master of the pierogi who taught Carol how to make them herself.

It’s a little family tradition, passed down and now served up at the Lunchbox for a limited time ❤️
