🍉 The chickens may be a little disappointed… 🐔😅

We’ve been trying to figure out what to do with our truckload of watermelon rinds besides sending them to our feathered friends. After a little experimenting (and a few taste tests), our incredible Pop Stars turned them into something pretty delicious… watermelon pickles! 🎉

Turns out the chickens aren’t the only ones who enjoy watermelon. 😉

We’ll have jars available this Saturday at the Bentonville and Fayetteville Farmers Market. We may have created your new favorite snack! 💚🍉

I get asked every now and then if I still ride the Pedal Pops trike around town.

Yep… just not quite as fast as I used to. 😄 The drive is still there, but a few of the gears are getting a little squeaky!
