To Our Valued High Tide Customers,
After many years of great food, cold drinks, laughter, celebrations, and countless memories, the time has come for the High Tide staff to say goodbye.
It is difficult to put into words just how much your support has meant to all of us. What started as a restaurant became so much more because of the customers who walked through our doors. You welcomed us into your lives, celebrated special moments with us, shared stories around our tables, and continued to support us year after year.
We have had the privilege of watching families grow, friendships form, birthdays and anniversaries celebrated, and so many unforgettable moments take place at High Tide. Every familiar face, every smile, every “welcome back,” and every kind word from our customers has meant more to us than you may ever know.
There were certainly long days and challenging moments along the way, but they were always made worthwhile by the people who walked through our doors. You were the reason we came to work every day, and you are the reason High Tide became such a special place to all of us.
As we close this chapter, we don’t want to simply say goodbye. We want to say thank you.

The doors may close, but the memories we’ve made with you will stay with us forever. We will always look back on our years at High Tide with tremendous pride, gratitude, and appreciation for every customer who helped make our journey so meaningful.
