In from out of town, asked for recommendations on a good, little mom and pop type Italian place and this was recommended…and OH MY were they right when they said best hidden gem!! Food was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Mario is the sweetest, most down to earth owner I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience we had tonight!

We had a great time here . We were looking for an Italian restaurant in Farmingdale. And we stumbled across Mario’s ! What a nice old school vibeDiego our waiter was very cordial and gave us free limoncello shots. . Food is fantastic!!

We’ve been coming here for a few years now (especially every Easter) and food is always delicious, drinks are incredible and the service is always amazing. Their penne alla vodka is my favorite, along with the mozzarella mariusco. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It’s an amazing hidden gem, some of the best Italian food on the island
