𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨𝙣𝙩 𝙖 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙-𝙗𝙮𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙.
Unfortunately over the last few weeks we haven’t been able to get in contact with our partnered roaster. Even with dozens of attempts through calls, texts, and emails, its been just radio silence.
What this means…
We have zero access to our blends we have worked so hard on. Inventory is at almost zero and we have to make the unfortunate decision to pause operations for Edgar Allan Joe.
We’re actively working to resolve the issue and exploring all options to either re-establish communication or find a new roasting partner who aligns with our standards and values. In the meantime, we didn’t want to leave you in the dark — your support means everything, and transparency is a top priority for us.
We’ll keep you updated as things progress and will let you know as soon as we’re ready to start delivering your favorite coffees again.
